APPROACH:
Clients seek out Hire Direct for professional andexecutive search and hiring expertise in the sales areas. Our team offers two service levels depending on your search needs.
CONTAINED SEARCH:
Hire Direct provides a “full search” search solutions to minimize clients’ time invested in the search process. A dedicated Recruiter manages the entire search assignment process “from-start-to-finish,” and the client receives “Candidate Summary Reports” in addition to resumes.
A minimal non-refundable engagement fee is paid by the client upon awarding the search to Hire Direct.
The Gross Services Fee is calculated based on the search needs and is due upon the successful start of a Hire Direct candidate. The engagement fee is deducted from the Gross Services amount due.
CONTINGENT SEARCH:
Hire Direct performs the search by sourcing and screening the candidates for the client. The client receives pre-screened resumes of the candidates that match agreed upon job requirements and competency criteria.
A contingent search fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year’s guaranteed compensation, including base salary, sign-on bonuses, other guaranteed non-equity bonuses, and is paid by the client in full upon the successful start of a Hire Direct candidate.
