Great sales results don’t just depend on business strategies – they depend on finding and hiring the best possible sales talent. Many of our clients agree that filling sales positions is the most challenging type of recruitment - about half of the hires end up being costly mistakes. *The average cost of a mis-hire is about $600,000 for a sales representative with a $100,000 base compensation (Source: Topgrading for Sales).
Consider the following:
- “Sales” resumes are less revealing
- Sales professionals are most likely to “mask” their weaknesses during the interview
- Sales experience the highest turnover among any positions
- Sales positions are the most time sensitive to fill (internal recruiters vs. using external search firms)
- Sales has the largest distinction in results (superstar vs. average producer)
Our experienced team helps eliminate all this guesswork and recruitment “pain” out of your hiring process. We compliment your internal recruiters and significantly shorten the time-to-fill for your critical sales positions. We deliver “A” players who become your long-term sales star producers.
