| Dan was the CEO of a staffing company based in Los Angeles, California for two years before Hire Dynamics. In that time, the company was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the eighth fastest-growing private company of any industry. Previously, Dan was Director of Business Planning for AHL Services and an Investment Banker in the Corporate Finance Group of Price Waterhouse. Dan serves on the board of American Staffing Association (ASA) and the Independent Staffing Alliance (ISA) as well as an active Member in Young President’s Organization (YPO). Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millsaps College. |

Jon primarily worked with public and private companies in the high-tech industry and has spent two years at KPMG's office in London. He was responsible for overall marketing strategy, branding, product rollout, and corporate communications initiatives. Svy is a former Fulbright Scholar. |

Board of Advisors

The Board of Advisors is a major strength for Hire Dynamics as it leads the industry for a company its size. This influential and diverse group holds years of staffing experience and expertise in many other business segments (e.g. business tax and investment consulting, sales, marketing, and market research) that complement Hire Dynamics. The Advisors serve as a "sounding board" for management and as a source of knowledge that positively impact business decisions. The board includes three former Presidents/CEOs from public staffing companies as well as three former staffing business owners.
Robert C. Atkinson, Jr. – Bob is the founder of Atkinson, Henning and Associates, PC and PFM Capital Management, LLC, through which he has been providing Wealth Management services to individuals and families for over 20 years. Prior to founding his own company, Bob headed up the Financial Planning group for Ernst & Young. Bob resides in Atlanta.
Celeste Bottorff – Celeste is the Group Marketing Director – Food Service Division, The Coca Cola Company. She spent five years with McKinsey & Company, worked in strategic planning for Intercontinental Hotels, former Director of Marketing for the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for AHL Services. Celeste resides in Atlanta.
David Cooper - David is the former Chairman and CEO for Acsys Staffing which was eventually sold to Vedior. Previous, David was the founder and President of David C. Cooper, Inc, a Financial & Accounting Staffing Company. David resides in Atlanta.
Peter Fodor – Peter is the former CEO/co-owner of Madsen Staffing, a company based in San Francisco, CA; sold to Kimco in 2000 after 20 years in business. Peter resides in Sonoma, CA.
Michael Linton - Michael is the President of the Staffing Leadership Group which provides consulting and back office support for the staffing industry. He is the former President of Adecco North America. Also, Michael previous worked at Arthur Andersen. Michael resides in Columbus, OH.
Paul D. McKinnis – Paul has spent 34 years in the executive search business. He is a Senior Client Partner at Korn /Ferry International. Paul has extensive human capital experience in the areas of selection, recruitment, retention, organizational design, succession planning, and compensation, including strategy and structure. He has chaired his firm’s Board of Director’s Practice, successfully recruiting for Boards in energy, telecommunications, and financial services. Paul has served on the Board of MunicipalTrade.com and numerous community and charitable Boards. Paul resides in Atlanta.
Greg Palmer – Greg has over 20 years of the staffing industry experience. Currently, he provides consulting services to the staffing industry in the areas of scaling of professional Staffing Services and Direct Hire as well as on M&A and turn-around issues. Previously, Greg was CEO of Remedy Temp, Inc (Nasdaq: REMX) for five years through 2006. Prior to Remedy Temp, Inc., he was the Director of ASA. Greg serves on the boards of four private and one public company. He is an Advisory Board member of the Georgetown University Business School. Greg resides in Southern California. |

John O'Brien - General Manager

John has extensive experience and expertise in sales and call center management. He spent over 14 years with Lanier Worldwide in various sales and call center management positions where he consistently ranked in the top three of over 600 nationwide sales professionals. John was promoted to National Sales Trainer in Atlanta, Georgia and then Sales Manager in New Orleans, Louisiana. Eventually he earned his way back to Atlanta and became Director of the Direct Marketing & Sales Center. As Director, he led the organization from 15 employees to over 250 in two separate call centers in Atlanta and Melbourne, Florida. In 1998, John left Lanier Worldwide to start Key Business Solutions, Inc., his own consulting and search firm serving call center and sales professionals nationwide. He quickly became one of the most respected recruiters in the industry serving clients such as APAC, Witness Systems, Scientific Atlanta, AJCjobs, WebMD, McKesson, Lanier Healthcare and Worldwide. John joined Hire Dynamics in 2001 as one of the original investors and came onboard as General Manager of Direct Hire in 2005. John served on the Board(s) of AJCjobs, ATA - American Teleservices Association. He is actively involved with Crossroads Ministry through his Church. |

David’s experience includes physician direct hire placement and locum tenens, allied health PRN and travel staffing as well as all forms of Pharmacy Staffing and Placement nationwide. David is a member of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS) board and is currently serving as the President of GAPS. In addition, he is the Head of the American Staffing Association’s (ASA) Professional Policy Council. |
